Flagging

According to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act (AML), a shareholder must notify the target company and the Financial Supervisory Authority of its holding and voting rights when the proportion reaches, exceeds, or falls below 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 or 90 per cent, or two thirds, of the total voting rights or the total number of shares in the target company.
